What You'll Be Doing

Transport & Set Up the Fun

  • Pick Up Equipment: Collect photo booth equipment from our Tacoma storage location using your personal vehicle (must have enough space—no small cars).

  • Drive to Events: Travel to event locations, which can be anywhere from local venues to downtown Seattle. Comfortable with city driving? Great!

  • Set Up: Arrive early to set up the photo booth, backdrops, and props. Equipment can weigh up to 40 lbs, so you should be comfortable with some lifting.

 

Be the Life of the Party

  • Operate the Booth: Run the photo booth during the event—assist guests, manage props, and keep the energy high.

  • Engage with Guests: Be friendly and outgoing. Encourage guests to take photos and create memorable experiences.

  • Problem Solve on the Fly: Handle minor hiccups independently—adjust backdrops, troubleshoot equipment, or adapt to venue changes.

 

Wrap Up

  • Teardown: Carefully pack up the equipment after the event.

  • Return Equipment: Bring everything back to our storage location or arrange drop-off with a manager.

  • Flexible Drop-offs: Need to get to bed early for a test tomorrow morning? We can arrange for you to drop off the event equipment later so you can get home sooner.

  8. Return Equipment: Bring everything back or arrange for drop-off.
